The Liberated Fitness NYC is a hard training, supportive, workout group that gets superior fitness results with minimal equipment and no "gym". We meet at West 106 St. and Central Park every Saturday at 10 45am. Our workouts consist of body weight and gymnastic movements, sprints, and lifts.
